How does billing work?
Two options. Hourly charges only while your server is on, and the meter stops the moment you turn it off. Or pay a flat monthly price. Both are deducted from your account credit.
Can I install mods or modpacks?
Yes. Forge, Fabric and Paper plugins, plus modpacks from Modrinth and CurseForge. Tell Mine what you want to play and it picks compatible versions.
Will Mine change my server without asking?
No. Mine can read your server’s state and suggest fixes, but anything that changes the server, like restarting, deleting files or installing mods, needs your confirmation every time.
Can I bring my world from another server?
Yes. Upload your world folder from the Files page in the console, then restart the server.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, any time, and your world and files stay as they are. Or ask Mine to suggest the right plan.
Where are the servers?
Bangkok and Singapore; you choose when you create the server. Playing from Thailand? Bangkok gives the lowest ping.
